Shipping Policy

At Omran Supplies, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across all of Jordan. Same-day delivery is available within Amman for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

Shipping Fees

• Amman: Free shipping on orders above 25 JOD. Below that, a flat fee of 2 JOD applies.
• Outside Amman: Flat rate of 3 JOD for all orders.

Delivery Time

• Amman: Same day or next business day
• Outside Amman: 2-4 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
