Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom stamps and seals
- Opened ink cartridges and toners
- Clearance and sale items
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return/exchange.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- We will arrange pickup or you can drop it off at our store.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
